We are having a baby boy!



So, the verdict is in. Looks like our little Bunny is a boy. Jonathan Lamoin Albright, III will be the next addition to our family. But, Jon and I have no idea what nickname we'll use. Jon and his Dad have just about every nickname associated with Jonathan. Jon has vetoed "Nathan", we both vetoed "Jo", and I'm not crazy about the middle name at all. Not a big fan of initials either, so we need some help with this. Offer suggestions if you have any!

Here are pictures from the ultrasound. He looks perfect. 8 to 10" crown to rump and 12 ounces. 143 beats/min. The technician had to chase him during the appt - he is very active. Oh, and his little feet were crossed during the ultrasound, which I thought was so cute. Emmy, Jon, and I had a wonderful bonding experience with our little guy on Friday!

    How wonderful! Baby boys (and girls) are such a blessing! I remember seeing our first US pics... It was amazing!

    How about "Bubba"....you know that was Uncle Bobby's nickname. Or....you could always call him "Cub" (like a bear cub) Uncle Sunny always called me Cub when I was little. If you want to stay with something that starts with a "J".....you could call him "Jagger" or "Jaggers".....Uncle Wayne always called me that name. You gotta pick what you think fits. It may not even come to you until he's born and you can see his little personality come out. Great News! We love you all.

    Yay! :) Love the photos. What about jackson for the middle name. That WAS a name of a "heart throb" movie star from our time BUT it presents great nick names like Jackson, Jack, or JJ (Jonathan Jackson). Jonathan David, Jonathan Bryce, Jonathan Luke... i will think of more...

    YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! I'm SO glad I finally know!!! My lack of internet access has been killing me and i've told more than one person this past week, "My friend knows the sex of her baby now and I am DYING to find out!!!!!". Let me know if you solve the nickname crisis... I'll be thinking of it, too! I love my new little nephew and his precious face!!! :) :)
